The natural treatment against Lyme disease? Is it possible? No, not really. Or maybe...? At least I will not test it :)

Ok, let's say it aloud - the natural medicine will have very serious problem curing very advanced Lyme, no matter what you can read on other websites. No big chance, the disease has already been advanced. But it will cure most of diseases that are misdiagnosed as Lyme, it will give you great help and - sometimes - might prevent an reinfection.

Another important note - such treatment will affect an antibiotic therapy, especially some vitamins. There are medicines to fix it, ask your doc about them.

Let's talk about facts. Around 50% of so called "risk group" had a contact with spirochetes, it's proved by countless tests. Their defence killed bacteria, without problems, without antibiotics. Simple as this, their white blood cells were stronger than Lyme.

Another fact - the spirochetes can become "invisible" to our immunologic system, sometimes for months, maybe years. It means that some bacteria will survive antibiotics. Always.

The natural treatment is a way to increase our defence system, so our white blood cells can kill these few bacterias, or - at least - prevent them from breeding en masse.

It's possible that we do not have Lyme - even if every test prove it. Maybe we have some bacteria, and besides them - a completely different disease, unknown to medicine? In this case only our own defence system counts.

Another thing - I'm nearly sure that at least in some countries (my own for example) more than 50% patients with diagnosed chronic lyme got completely different disease, but with the same symptoms. Most likely they will be completely healed after the natural treatment,

Ready? Let's go. Our first enemy, neurosis. It's lack of mental balance, caused by living against our natural needs. Typical example is a wife of an alcoholic. Poor woman cannot escape, so she is trying to live like nothing really bad happened. She can't admit that her situation is pretty wrecked, is making an explanation after explanation. Soon it will turn off her immunologic system in an act of autoagression. There is no way to cure neurosis with the natural treatment, but neurosis need no medicine. If you are wife of alcoholic - just DO IT and leave him. If your meaning of life is "doing what my parents asked me to do" - c'mon, start to care about yourself, not about them. If you cannot escape - start doing good things to others instead of hurting yourself.

Depression. A terrible enemy. Once an animal is excluded from herd, it will die in few months. No one can stand the lack of acceptation or the loneliness. We have it in genes, such situation turns defence systems off.

Sorrow. Sad people are somehow more sensitive to diseases. Just remember to have a smile every day - and someone will have a smile for you then. Remember to keep a sexual activity if your age allows you to have it. Meaning of life is to give and to take. Be nice to others, they will be nice to you. Ah. Paint your house in warm colours.

If we have a depression or neurosis without clear reasons, check for somatic causes. Very often neurosis is only a symptom of disease (for example lack of magnesium or vitamin B12 might cause such problems)

Ok, now time for muscles. Yes, muscles. Don't be lazy or your defence system might learn the laziness from body. Train 3 times / week, 30 min, with pulse 130/min.

How long have you sit in front of the computer? If more than 3 hours / day, it would be really strange not to have any symptoms. Never use the computer in a dark room, make short pause every hour or so, keep monitor below eye level. And buy a good LCD, it's worth it.

Breathing, a long lost art of breathing... let's study it again. Nearly no one breathes as a human being should. Why? It's a lack of activity, lack of yelling (yes...), lack of dangers. Ok, let's try this one:

Lay down, close your eyes. Stop every muscle in your body, relax them - their activity will eat an oxygene from blood, and soon you will need it :) Ok, now draw in some air - try to use your diaphragm. What it is, one might ask? It's a veeeeery important muscle, maybe most important one (except of heart of course). One responsible for breathing. It's hard to explain through Internet... just try to fill your tummy with the air. For now it's unnatural (mostly because you are not doing it correctly), but be sure soon it will change.

While drawing air, fill your lunges - slowly, start from bottom. Keep using diaphragm :) In last stage of drawing the air your shoulders should go up a little.

Sequence is: 8 seconds drawing in, 8 seconds - keeping the air in lunges, 8 seconds breathing out. 10-20 times, 2 times a day. Practice this in everyday life too, but without these 8-second pauses ;) After a feew weeks you should feel difference - your endurance should increase, and it will be a big change :)

After some time increase the sequences, from 8-8-8 to 10-12-10 and so on.

Done? Ok, what we have in... colon? Yes, it's very important to have right bacteria there. Without them our immunologic system might become lazy. Antibiotics will kill everything there, besides yeasts. Toxins in colon might poison every organ, so our organism will focus on removing toxins, instead of fighting lyme. "Good" bacteria can be bought in a drugstore.

Now toxins and allergy. It's easy to check if someone has an active allergy reaction, ask your doc - there are tests like IgE. Fungi and mould are deadly - besides plain poisoning they can cause cancer. Some species are so dangerous that it's forbidden to even take clothes from affected house. Toxins in food might make absorbtion of vitamins impossible. No more sugar, coffee, cigarettes. A lot of a dietary fiber is recommended.

Let's talk about a vegetarian diet. Yes, no mistake. I am vegetarian myself. Not so long ago I had every symptom of a chronic disease, my health drop to fatal level. Soon I found cause - it was a fungi on the wall in my bedroom, which was responsible for a very strong - and not typical - allergy reaction. It was really creepy, fungi nearly completely turned off my natural defence. Before I found out what was responsible, I had made nearly every possible test. In one of them I found that in past I had Lyme. Yes, positive bands in a IgG class test. I was biten by around 300 ticks in my life, and in my region Lyme is very common (an endemic area). Now I even remember which one was responsible - I had a little problem after bite, for maybe week somewhat increased temperature and a litlle bigger than usual mark. Yes, my defence system was devastated, I got lyme - and within week spirochetes were devastated by my white blood cells.

And it goes like this for every disease. Before I became vegetarian, I was sick nearly all the time. Antibiotics at least 2 times / year, giant hematomas after every hit, a thin, little boy, coughing all the time. Change of diet at age of 18 brought a shock to me. For 12 years, before this fungi, I have NEVER visited a doctor, except for 3 times - twice to control a nevus, once to check health before I began preparation to championship in Ju-Jitsu - a neck RTG and so on. I did not use even a single medicine, with small exception of vitamin C. Now I do not train so hard anymore, yet still my endurance is amazing - comparing to a state I started with. If someone does not believe, it's easy to check - Jelenia Gora, Poland, Zlotnicza street, Ju-Jitsu section. And there you can see the vegetarian who had lyme disease while he was nearly defenceless. And then we can compare this with pics of my childhood.

Why vegetarian? It's easy. Meat is one of a worst type of food. Yes, I can heard it already - "but people have been eating it for years and do live". Sure, they do. Smokers do so too. Meat contains an every single toxin that an animal ate in his life. Pesticides, antibiotics, hormons, heavy metals - everything is cumulated, waiting for YOU to eat it. It's also a "greatest" source of free radicals ? besides the fact that radicals cause cancer, they also supress our immune system. Animal proteins are a source of every possible allergy, not very big ones, but enough to trick white blood cells. An iron from meat is nearly poison - our organism cannot control an absorbtion of it, because it's unnatural food. We will absorb as much as we ate. From plants we absorb only as much of iron as we need. Sure such trick can help sometimes, but in long run it will destroy balance.

Of course you do not need to agree. Keep walking your way, think what you want - maybe it's an accident, maybe it's not worth. The fact remains, that for me Lyme disease was less threat than flu for my meat-eating family.

Toxins eliminated? Ok, we can eat something now. Let's start with vitamin C. The most important vitamin to prevent chronic infections and increase the power of immune system. It can completely remove free radicals from our body. Without it our organism is defenceless, and in case of infection our body can use a whole resource of vitamin C in few hours. It's no use taking pills. They got a barely active synthetic trash.

Medicine stated that our body needs around 60 mg of vitamin C daily. It's bullcrap. Every other animal use at least 30 times more. 60 mg is dose just at edge of curvy. One with lyme disease should take at least 500 mg / daily, and this is nearly nothing. I suggest no less than 2000 mg / daily. Of course only natural vitamin C - oranges, capsicum and so on. Synthetic vitamin can cause a damage to kidneys.

Garlic. This is not a plant, this's a miracle. Garlic stimulate our immune system, and moreover - it's a natural antibiotic, killing bacteria like crazy (yes, sometimes it can even cause herx reaction...). It does NOT kill our "good" bacteria in colon, yet might completely remove a candida population. Garlic works together with vitamin C. Doses above 4 cloves / day may be toxic.

The safest way to use garlic: put no more than 4 crushed cloves of garlic into a glass of water. After 3 hours strain it, drink small doses many times a day. Such metod prevent a liver and stomach damage that might occur for some sensitive patients.

Vitamins from group B. They rarely can be found in a synthetic food, white flour does not contain them. Lack of them leads to yeasts infections, deadly for patients during antibiotic therapy. Yeasts can cause severe damages to an immune system. Lack of them will also cause several problems with a digestion, decreasing an absorbtion rate of other vitamins and causing a lost of energy. If possible, use natural vitamins.

Zinc. Without zinc our white blood cells cannot do their work properly. Check your diet whether you eat enough of it. In case of deficiency, synthetic zinc can be used - but do not overdose it!

Magnesium. Nearly no one eat enough magnesium, mostly because nowadays a synthetic food does not contain it. It's safe to use a synthetic supply, absorbtion rate is pretty high here.

Now the important part - omega 3 low satured fatty acids. Every cell of our body got the membrane, which contains omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. If we have too much of omega 6 acids in diet and not enough of omega 3, every single cell in our body will be degenerated. And it is degenerated, trust me. Correct proportion of omega 3 to omega 6 intake in diet should be between 1:1 to 1:4. In a normal, western diet it is between 1:30 and 1:50. Result? In countries with the correct proportions cancer rate is five times lower than in the "modern" ones, same goes with allergy and other diseases that plague XXI century. To bring your body back to equilibrum, you need to stop eating omega 6 for few months and eat a lot of omega 3. A lot. The excellent one is flaxseed, simply blend it and it's ready to eat. Remember that omega 3 acids are sensitive to temperature. The best source (but little expensive) is flaxseed oil, not refined, raw, cold pressed, mix it with cottage cheese for 5 minutes (3-6 tablespoons of oil with 6-12 tbs of cottage cheese). Trust me, such a therapy will make MIRACLES.

Vitamin A. It can be gained from a butter, eggs, milk. The carrot and other red plants contain natural form of vitamin A, safer to eat.

Vitamin E. It's synergic with vitamin C, and is "a must have" in chronic diseases. Lack of vitamin E makes our cells defenceless, and spirochetes breed by invading our cells. It might take months to regenerate level of vitamin E. Synthetic vitamin is pretty useless - it just do not work. Try to focus on natural sources.

OK, now the best part - how to treat Lyme if you cannot use antibiotics, or just don't trust them, here is the natural remedy:

- eliminate all the toxins and other things that have influence on your immune systems, such as stress
- do not eat sugar, meat, salt, milk
- eat a lot (and I mean A LOT) of fresh fruit, vegetables, drink home made fruit juices.
- add to your diet vitamins and minerals mentioned above
- vitamin C should be our main weapon, even 5000 mg / day sounds OK if you do not have kidney diseases.
- eliminate every sign of omega 6 fatty acids - meat, margarine, butter, every oil and all kind of fatty food.
- everything made from white flour is forbidden, use whole grain flour.
- after 2 weeks of such rejuvenation, use "pulse therapy", for example - one week with - for example - garlic, one week without it, then one week with - another example - biostymine (aloe extract) etc. Of course do NOT stop vitamins intake and healthy eating.
